Lake Havasu City in Arizona is a popular resort destination. It is for this reason that Summerlin Desert in partnership with Summerlin Asset Management headed by Jim Stepanian and Desert Land Group, along with the team of experienced Senior Housing professionals, Civitas Senior Living, constructed the first phase of the Lake Havasu Independent Living last August 2016.
