Local developer addresses senior living deficit

A new senior housing project may help alleviate a predicted housing crunch for senior citizens in Lake Havasu City in 2018.

Summerlin Asset Management is in the design process for a senior living facility at the corner of Swanson Avenue and Cyprus Drive, and representatives of the firm expect construction to begin this spring.
