Civitas Senior Living is headed by Wayne Powell, CEO, and Founder. The company is composed of a group of senior living experts that implement all aspects of senior living operations. Mr. Powell, who has over 20 years of experience in operations of senior living will incorporate his extensive expertise in Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living in the said project. Mr. Powell had operated properties nationwide, mostly within Texas before he took over the operations of a skilled nursing facility in Fort Worth. From thereon, Mr. Powell started his management company and also began to develop new assisted living communities.

Wayne’s knowledge and passion for senior healthcare are exceptional in the industry, including single and multiple facility operations and ownership. His operational expertise spans skillful nursing, assisted living and retirement and or independent living, all of which shows in all of Civitas’ businesses, resources, and programs.

Civitas currently has fifteen communities in the company’s expanding portfolio. Jim Stepanian and Summerlin Asset Management celebrate big win at Buttonwillow Raceway

Round three of the 2017 Spec E30 season brought racers back to Buttonwillow Raceway Park.The Summerlin asset management car driven by Steve Stepanian wins at the wire.

Saturday’s standing start race had 17 cars charging off in the clockwise direction. For the first three turns, the racers went two and three wide! Right from the start, Buzzetti and Stepanian were up front and walking away from the field where battles raged for third through seventh place, having no less than five position swaps in the first two laps.
Stepanian trailed Buzzetti all race long until the very last lap when he passed Buzzetti in Sunset to take the win. In addition to the win, Stepanian also set a new track record of 2:07.038. Andrew Clark held off Mitch Pepper and Robert Davis for his first Spec E30 podium finish!

Summerlin Asset Management partners with Operator Civitas Senior Living

Jim Stepanian, President & CEO of Sumerlin Asset Management,  will also be working with Civitas Senior Living. The latter will be the operator of The Lake Havasu Independent Living project.
The said project is designed to be four stories tall with incorporated balconies for most rooms. It will offer panoramic lake views of the Lake Havasu City. Let us get to know the operator of the project further:
Civitas Senior Living is headed by Wayne Powell, CEO, and Founder. The company is composed of a group of senior living experts that implement all aspects of senior living operations. Mr. Powell, who has over 20 years of experience in operations of senior living will incorporate his extensive expertise in Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living in the said project. Mr. Powell had operated properties nationwide, mostly within Texas before he took over the operations of a skilled nursing facility in Fort Worth. From thereon, Mr. Powell started his management company and also began to develop new assisted living communities.
