James Stepanian, President of Summerlin Desert, LLC, is an expert in the management, resale, and servicing of performing and non-performing real estate assets. His extensive experience totaling 17 years in corporate management led to the rapid growth of SAM.

Jimmy Stepanian Teams with Rees Architecture and Civitas Senior Living

Lake Havasu City in Arizona is a popular resort destination. It is for this reason that Summerlin Desert in partnership with Summerlin Asset Management headed by Jim Stepanian and Desert Land Group, along with the team of experienced Senior Housing professionals, Civitas Senior Living,  constructed the first phase of the Lake Havasu Independent Living last August 2016.

The said project is a senior independent living facility which will have 79 rooms in a scenic lake view location of Lake Havasu City. Aside from the beautiful view, the facility’s prime location at Main Street will allow seniors to have easy access to shopping malls, hospitals, and other public places.

Jim Stepanian and Summerlin Asset Management celebrate big win at Buttonwillow Raceway

Round three of the 2017 Spec E30 season brought racers back to Buttonwillow Raceway Park.The Summerlin asset management car driven by Steve Stepanian wins at the wire.. Saturday’s standing start race had 17 cars charging off in the clockwise direction. For the first three turns, the racers went two and three wide! Right from the start, Buzzetti and Stepanian were up front and walking away from the field where battles raged for third through seventh place, having no less than five position swaps in the first two laps.

Summerlin Asset Management partners with Operator Civitas Senior Living
