Jimmy Stepanian spent 17 years as an executive in the Telecommunications Industry. Mr. Stepanian built two very successfully companies offering consulting services to businesses in need of voice and data integrated services. This included Wholesale Telecom Inc., incorporated and registered as a California Public Utility in 1998. WTI is still a going concern in 2016. In 2008, Jimmy Stepanian founded Summerlin Asset Management, LLC, a diversified Real Estate Investment company specializing in 1st position titled debt and Real Estate Developments.
