Lake Havasu City in Arizona is a popular resort destination. It is for this reason that Summerlin Desert in partnership with Summerlin Asset Management headed by Jim Stepanian and Desert Land Group, along with the team of experienced Senior Housing professionals, Civitas Senior Living, constructed the first phase of the Lake Havasu Independent Living last August 2016.
The said project is a senior independent living facility which will have 79 rooms in a scenic lake view location of Lake Havasu City. Aside from the beautiful view, the facility's prime location at Main Street will allow seniors to have easy access to shopping malls, hospitals, and other public places.
