Jim Stepanian founded Summerlin Asset Management, LLC, a diversified Real Estate Investment company specializing in 1st position titled debt and Real Estate Developments.

In 2015, Summerlin successful developed from the ground-up a 120,000 sq. ft. self-storage facility in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. In 2016, Summerlin will break ground in Cypress, Texas on a 160,000 sq. ft. Senior Independent Living complex.
